You know first of all what is the 12 or 13 year old kid doing out on the streets at 10:00 at night with a gun that might be a toy but it sure looks like a real gun and police officers can’t sit there and try to determine if it’s real in one or two seconds or they’re dead. Absolutely horrible a 13yr old was killed. But parents/people need to take some responsibility or at the very least not call officers murdering monsters.
