Russia’s latest tactics to seize Ukrainian territory

Russia has taken 430 square miles of Ukraine over the past nine months, while thousands of bombs and millions of artillery shells have turned the battlefield into a moonscape of craters. But it comes at a very high cost for the Kremlin – by some estimates, Russia is losing between 25,000 to 30,000 troops per month. CBS News national security correspondent David Martin reports on how support from Ukraine's allies will determine whether Russia's latest offensive succeeds or fails.

  1. 25k to 30k soldiers a month
    Equivalent to 300k a year
    Now its been 2years +
Has 🇷🇺 lost more than 700k soldiers since start of war???
IT ALL COMES DOWN TO WESTERN PROPAGANDA😂

  2. Hey guys…just check this channel for credibility. Go back a few months and check theire stories…😂..you would be surprised how much this channel is BS

    • @@albertoz7877 Your really making me laugh, how do you think the Ukrainian army is running out of men, Russia has Killed 500.000 and Wounded at least 1000000 , they have the Weapons to fight, but they Don’t have the men to do the fighting

    • Ukraine committed around 1.2-1.3 million troops to this war. Russia around 900k. Ukraine claims Russians have manpower advantage lately. About 90 percent of casualties on either side is due to air strikes. Russia has huge advantage in number of artillery and drones as well air superiority. Now, it makes sense why Ukraine is struggling to find new troops to replace 32k they lost, according to Zelensky

    • Yea seriously, Russia enter the special military operation with some 100k troops

Remember Americans enter iraq with almost a million and also with 30+ allies countries

      This is war

How come Russia who enter with 100k have over million casualties at the beginning

    • Lol! Surveillance drones can literally video tape casualties as they happen on the battlefield. Then there is social media with memorial sites going up for many of the fallen. Also, commercial satellites can monitor the RAPID EXPANSION of Russian military cemeteries inside of Russia, so yes, THE WEST DOES HAVE A GOOD IDEA of how many Russians are KIA.

As for western precision weapons, Ukraine has LITERALLY HAD THEM SINCE THE FIRST AID PACKAGE ARRIVED! Not only are there ALL OF THE VARIOUS HIMARS ROCKETS, but also GLIDE BOMBS, STORMSHADOW CRUSE MISSILES, and literally HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF M777 155mm SHELLS that are GPS GUIDED!!!!!😂

    • @@myhomelandchannelThere are some more objective sources for example ualosses and mediazona, these document confirmed deaths.
      Ukraine: 50k
Russia: 57k (doesn’t include donbas militias)

    • Obviously Ukraine cannot do well without Western aid – but they have been getting it, so they are able to continue fighting. Manpower will be an issue though. My guess is that Ukraine hopes that the populace inside Russia will eventually see too many bodies sent home, too many disabled veterans, too much civilian production shifted towards military production, that they will demand regime change. I am not sure if regime change is likely, but I wouldn’t wager it impossible – see the Wagner ‘coup’

  3. You have cut the end of the video of Russian biker falling of his motorbike ! In the complete video, the soldier survived and kept walking without any injuries.
Your video editing is pure propaganda.

  4. It’s funny how we say “Soviet-era” as if it’s an insult to Russian weapons, as if the US doesn’t use systems that existed before 1991. The M16 family of rifles and M240 family of machine guns are from the 1950s, the F-16 is from the 1970s, etc. They’re also Soviet-era designs.

    • Sure, the difference is we maintain and update them constantly. A modern Abram’s tank or Bradley fighting vehicle is a much more lethal war-fighting machine than the ones that fought in the first Iraq war in the 90’s. Many of the Russian tanks however are the same as the ones that those same Abrams and Bradley’s were destroying in the deserts of Iraq in the 90’s, if not worse because they haven’t been properly maintained since the fall of the Soviet Union. See the difference?
