  1. Nowadays, I’m almost thinking that if you take that shot with your phone, you just might get shot by the cop you’re “interfering with”. I’ve seen them get really ugly with a few Citizen Journalists who were merely documenting the truth. So yes, make sure there is another Citizen Journalist there, taking video of you as your head explodes.

It’s all gone very badly wrong, Jer, when we have to protect ourselves from the police who are supposed to be protecting us.

  2. It has gone terribly wrong, and started quite a while back (i.e. you see a cop in the rearview mirror do you feel safe or scared?) Then they just wanted to rob us, now you maybe, gonna die! But the body/vest///,,, Well it should be on their head so it indeed, looks where they look… It is sad that it has come to this,,, a swat team response to everything.

    • The Insurance Companies really may not like that as it is proof that their Insured may have ran a red light. And Police really do not like them. Seems the Police cameras on every signal in town might also mess with out privacy!!

  3. Gerald, I know your a nice guy, BUT, pleas don’t go POW,POW,POW.  It scares me!  I am following your mentoring advise, I walked around the city all day today with my video camera in hand, but I gotta tell you at one point I thought the police might take it away from me for video taping, Never Know?

  4. such a pity you guys don’t have police like we do here in the UK. over here the term “a few bad apples” actually makes sens. thing is, it’s not filming the police that you need to do, with the justice in the courts, even with film it is useless.
