  1. To be fair the journalist did not listen to the police and because of that the police has the right to issue an arrest. Even if we as citizens like it or not. People tend to forget that the police IS the police. Dont mess around.

    • You’re arguing apples and oranges here. I’m stating that the politician had every right to stand where he did, and the police violated his right and should be sued because of it. Arguing principle here, not who had state authority. Two different things.

    • Very true i agree. The politician has all the right to sue the policeman. I do not agree however that the policeman violated his rights because he enforced the law in a situation and with a method he saw fit. The law he enforced was to keep the streets calm. I agree with you that the politician had the right to stand there untill the policeman said otherwise.
