Martin Kelner, Freelance Journalist

Martin Kelner has been a journalist for more than 30 years, starting as a trainee reporter on the Western Daily Press, since when he has written as a freelance for the independent, the Observer, the Mail On Sunday, the Daily Telegraph, and several
magazines including GQ, Later, Men's Health, and Public Servant. For 16 years he wrote the column Screen Break for The Guardian, about sport on TV.

He is also a radio presenter, who has broadcast on most British radio stations.
He currently presents a daily show on BBC Radio Leeds, is a columnist for the Racing Post, and a regular panellist on the BBC Five Live show Fighting Talk. He has written two books, When Will I Be Famous and Sit Down and Cheer.
