But another wedding dispute amongst four young friends is the trigger for mayhem when they run away into the neighbouring woods and disrupt an also-feuding King and Queen of Fairyland.
Add to the mix the secret midnight rehearsals of a tribute entertainment by six working men of Athens.
 
What could possibly go wrong?

And it’s all down to the mischievous sprite Puck – who relishes the opportunity to disrupt the play rehearsals, trick the Fairy Queen and create havoc amongst the four friends.
 
And a hilarious wedding entertainment finale as we witness the mishaps of the ‘first night, opening, premiere’ of the The Most Lamentable Comedy and Most Cruel Death of Pyramus and Thisbe.
