  1. In her documentary she addresses this a lot and mostly speaks in her real voice but you also see her using the iconic one. She’s very aware of herself doing this.

    • @@keetahbrough true. nobody talks about it but i am of the impression that part of the Kardashian’s obsession with plastic surgery is minimising their armenian characteristics.

    • @@keetahbrough The Kardashians look European naturally. They have done everything possible to change their bodies to look black, the the point of cultural appropriation.

    • @@findingbeautyinthepain8965 thank you! Black women have been saying for years that most of the KKKardashian sisters have been using surgery to minic our features but were called jealous haters. Now they have their beige accessories, I mean children, they are going back to the slim Eurocentric beauty standard 😂

Kim dated that white comedian, and is rumored to be seeing Tom Brady, so clearly in her dating white boy era, with the body to match.

  2. I met her back in early 2006 in Laguna Beach California at a rooftop bar and lounge. She was there celebrating a friends birthday and was very sweet and polite and spent a lot of time talking to the few of us that happen to be there. She spoke of her “character” that she plays for her fans and the importance of giving the fans what they want to see and hear. Lovely woman and actually more shy in real settings.

  3. I don’t get how people are shocked? She switched between her natural voice and her high pitched voice constantly throughout The Simple Life. It was obvious that she put it on.

  4. She never tried to hide this. She’s written books where she talks about playing a character and giving the media “what they want to hear” openly. True fans of Paris have known this for years!

    • What is a true fan? Of what? If she is an artist what is the art? She is paid to exist as a hotel heiress. Air BNB cut into the lodging business so bad, she had to be on the Hilton commercials. What’s the fandom based on? Inheritance & nepotism? That’s literally why people like Trump. Ugh. That’s not talent thats having things.

    • @@dzxn3728 This has absolutely nothing to do with her having fans. She’s famous. Famous people have fans regardless of what ever it is they do and she’s done SOMETHING with her career or no one would even know who she is. Not having any talent has nothing to do with being famous. There are tons of singers and actors that have millions of fans and they don’t have an ounce of talent.

    • @@dzxn3728 Glad I read the replies cause I was going to ask this too. But what else could it be but fans of celebrity, and what else is celebrity but a made up character marketed to be famous, and what is the purpose of fame but to sell products and socio-political agendas? What is she selling sitting on that couch on that show? She’s selling that show and that show is there to attach advertising to, to sell other products. To be a fan of marketing? How does that happen?

  5. There’s like two commentors that saw her documentary, apparently. She turned out very well despite her awful parents, rotten sister, and legitimate traumatic experiences at those boarding schools where hundreds, if not thousands of teenagers, were abused. She said she would do whatever she had to in order to never rely on her parents, so she went with the dumb blonde act since the tabloids decided that she was an idiot who couldn’t be helped.

She got at least one of those hellish schools closed. You can hate her celebrity status all you want, but her speaking up and giving others a platform to talk made a positive difference for those who were abused into silence for so long.

    • @@TheWorld_2099 I mean she made herself more or less a household name for years with seemingly no real talent. I mean her name helped but it’snot like you would generally equate a hotel chain to something entertaining. There is a certain genius to that.

    • @@memyself898 like many people with entertainment industry aspirations living in Los Angeles, she has strong narcissistic tendencies.
If you look at her long series of lost friendships and failed projects, it paints a picture of the kind of person you couldn’t have as a personal friend.
She’s one of those people we call “famous for absolutely no reason“ except that she levied her wealth and connections to force her self into the media.
I’m no fan of the Kardashians, but at least they did it right, and truly turned their opportunity into an empire.

  6. Wasn’t just a character, it was an embellishment, an exaggeration. She was young and surrounded by a very specific group of people. They were your, rich, and few responsibilities beyond attractiveness and popularity. Developing intellect wasn’t a priority. She’s an adult now. She has matured.

  7. She played poker at my table at Borgata in Atlantic City and she honestly was a normal person. Talked to everyone almost like she wasnt Paris Hilton…. was strange but she was cool.

  8. I remember reading a small post written by one of the stage crew members working with her. They said she secluded herself from the rest of the cast and loved to tinker/work on things with her hands ie engines, machines and the like in order to disconnect from the character she played. He recounted how extremely intelligent she was and how kind she was but could tell the character she always portrayed was wearing on her. Im glad she’s getting to be her real self these days

    • Yes! My mom had her “phone voice,” and then her voice that she would talk to people in person with. My husband hates when I now switch voices when talking to get my point across! 😄
