Important pointers:
Recently, the cabinet approved some important election reforms on the basis of election commission recommendations. The central government has agreed to link aadhar to voter cards voluntarily. Bihar CM Nitish Kumar after a long time again raised the special category status for bihar. There is also demand being raised to include ladakh in the sixth schedule of the Indian constitution.
Coming to the science and technology segment, on the basis of black box used in flights an earth black box is also being constructed in Tasmania, Australia. Lastly, in the economy section we are covering here the co-lending model of RBI which is being adopted by big banks in the country.
