The final episode of India Votes 2024 looks at the nation’s economic boom as it heads towards becoming the world’s third-largest economy. Prime Minister Modi wants India’s GDP to hit $US7 trillion by the end of this decade. Despite the growth, the question is who is benefitting? We’ll be heading into Dharavi, India’s largest slum to gauge the views of struggling workers and families who will be casting their votes in this massive election.   1. Inflation was 14% during 2009-14. Now is 5%
    GDP growth is average 7%+ higher than UPA. GDP doubled in last 10 years compared to last 65 years
    Infrastructure (road, railways, airports) all almost double in just 10 years compared to 65 years
    Start-ups went to 400k from 700 in 2014
    Digitalization is almost completed.
    And about employment. Why don’t you count the unorganized sector? Everyone can’t get government job.
    Opposition don’t have any issue. Both core hindutva voters and floating voters are happy with BJP

  2. Not only modi. Opposition also are using religion and caste in politics. Why haven’t you shown that? If modi is hindu right. Oppositions are muslim right. Try to be neutral while accusing others of being not neutral. Modi gets in fact sweeps the urban areas. It’s BJP’s bastion. And youth,middle class are BJP’s voters.
