With the theme of Passion, vision, and determination for the inaugural Asian Young Sports Reporters Training Camp 2015, the programme ended along with the firework display as the finale of HK Sevens.
There were 38 YSRs from 9 countries and regions in Asia participated in the first edition of this training programme organized by Hong Kong Sports Press Association which double size compared with the 2 Straits 4 Regions YSR Training Camp in 2013 and 2014. The YSR delegations were coming from China, Chinese Taipei, Macau, Iran, Pakistan, Mongolia, Nepal, Uganda (special invitation), and host city Hong Kong.
The camp emphasized on the fudamental requirement on sports reporters as well as life with the passion in sports, the vision around, and the determination to do their best. During which they all learnt the importance of being puntual.
以熱誠，視野，決心為主題，由香港體育記者協會主辦，為期八天的第一屆亞洲年青體育記者培訓營，共有9個國家及地區的38名學員參與。與過去兩屆兩岸四地同類型培訓營，學員人數大幅增長了一倍。由於增加了兩岸四地以外的5個亞洲國家，更讓培訓營達到文化交流增進友誼之目的。
參與的學員分別來自兩岸四地的中國，中華台北，澳門，以及東道主香港。其他亞洲國家包括巴基斯坦，尼泊爾，蒙古，伊朗，以及特別邀請來自國際體記協會第一屆年青體記，來自非洲烏干達的代表。
今年培訓營的安排，自去年6月就開始籌備，設計完全摒棄了理論及新聞寫作單層面的學習，取而代之是以體育媒體之經驗分享，令課程更活潑互動而實際。
