Women AFL reporters talk about sexual discrimination

AFL sports reporters Beverley O'Connor, Linda Pearce and Caroline Wilson discuss the discrimination they encountered in the masculine work environment of AFL. They note how it was eventually compulsion, by virtue of Equal Employment Opportunity legislation, that forced the AFL to reassess its media policy.
