The Management of Yaba College of Technology detained, assaulted and dispossessed reporters' crew of their recording gadgets while they visited the campus to cover protest of the students who were reacting to the death of a final-year colleague. The students said their deceased colleague died as a result of negligence of College's health staff and dilapidated health center.
The security men were particularly alerted when they saw "SaharaTV" flyer on the reporters' gadget and began to assault them for reporting rots in the college.
