#SecretSuperstar – Haven’t watched this movie yet. But the reviews are coming great and hopefully I may make it before the weekend ends. Amir Khan has set an example for current & coming actors alike. He does this social obligation thing that any other established actor could copy and successfully apply in their respective industries. And with the news stating he had actually rejected the lead role in Shankar’s Enthiran 2.0 project (yet to verify the source) makes it clear where his focus is at. Thanks for your review.

The music of this film was intentionally kept simple and subtle because the main protagonist Zaria is a 14 year old girl who writes and gives music to her own songs. So the music of the film was made according to a 14 year old girl’s vocabulary, it is just like Alan Walker in real life
I take your point. If I was a 14 year old girl, then I might run out to buy the songs,, but since I’m not, they don’t appeal to me as much.

A nice ,genuine review as usual. 🙂 ..I think that your remark about the music was smart and justified ,I felt the same too ,although I haven’t seen the film yet ,but I’ve watched the songs already ,so I believe her music wasn’t something extraordinary to cause a stir or something ..but maybe, the way she delivered her music to the world was! ..u know ,covering her face ,staying anonymous etc ..so I think that’s what draw the attention to her at first . :O
Btw ,I laugh too every time u mention Shakti Kumaar lol ..his zany character pops in once u say his name . lol ..he’s an amazing actor . 🙂 and the one who played the mother’s role seems to be a very natural actress ,loved her role as Shahida’s mom in Bajrangi Bajirao ,plus she and zaira almost look alike ..fit for the role . 🙂
