Arrest video: Citizen journalist bullied at accident scene

While filming an accident scene, journalist asked to move out of scene. When he complied the scene expanded to a distance that exceeded waiting motorist, thus negating usable photography. TX Trooper Lathan, who had completed her investigation, charged the photographer with interference with public duty, failure to identify.
