Carmen Gentile has worked as a freelance reporter for many years in a variety of places. In the last few years he's been to Afghanistan on a number of occasions and was badly wounded on one embed.
He says the future for Afghanistan is going to be very tough. But he has a deep admiration and belief in the country and it's people.
