Seems to me that not only did he violate your rights as a journalist, he also violated her right to gather evidence on her behalf.
Besides, without additional knowledge of the “high powered rifles” being illegal, or in the hands of felons etc. Basic info of there being hpr in a car, is not a crime, and certainly wouldn’t constitute being stopped, cuffed, and searched.
at 4:12 I was wondering, is it their uniform policy to wear name plates, I can’t imagine there is a department left in this nation that doesn’t MANDATE an officer have a name plate on his uniform as an identifier… its scary when the superior officers are out of uniform, imagine what they let their subordinates get away with, you know, perhaps like assaulting citizens… every other officer on that scene had a name plate, why does this SGT not have one on? file a complaint…
You should really exercise more caution when approaching a crime scene with a high powered assault camera. Just saying.

Another way if your kid is a BULLY at school and he said his locker was firebombed…..AGAIN…..and then you find that 50% of the school HATE/FEAR your kid then he needs therapy and a new school.
