U.S. Bank Crime Scene I.D. On Citizen Journalist

On the two-year anniversary of my camera getting stolen from me by Deputies from the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office, an investigator tried to I.D. me while I was taking pictures of a crime scene from a public place.
