Shortly after India voted in favour of US-sponsored resolution, news agencies reported the Sri Lankan govt of seizing IOC's oil facilities. In India, no one seemed to have a clue of this. And just a few minutes ago, Sri Lanka's Foreign Minister G.L. Peiris told Network18 the partial siezure of the IOC tanks are not related to the developments at the UN.
