Dell’s Stephen Jio talks citizen journalism @City University

Dell's social media guru Stephen Jio was in City University on November 19th giving a talk entitled; Making a name in the Social Media World.

He spoke about Dell's successful use of social media tools, other business's optimising social media, citizen journalism and showed off a few new Dell gadgets.
